PLEASE ALLOW FOR A 14 WEEK LEAD TIME.
- Requires cutting of the plastic bumper to install.
- Fits most winches 8k-12k in size. Electrical control box must be relocated from top of winch and trimming/fitting will be required (Warn VR series is a confirmed fit).
- We recommend using winches with synthetic rope and a hawse style fairlead for the best fitment and functionality. Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
- Cutouts in front of bumper allow winch lever access.
- Bumper is designed to fit 30ā³ single row light bars (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8, Heretic Studio 30" and Rigid SR-30 light bars).
- Up to 4 Baja Designs Squadron lights and two Baja Designs S2 lights can be mounted in the bumper as well as a 30ā³ single row light bar.
- Bumper main body is 3/16ā³ thick steel.
- Tubing is all 1 3/4ā³ OD, 1/8ā³ wall thickness, except for mid-height bull bar gussets, which are 1 1/2" OD.
- 3/4ā³ thick D-ring tabs fully welded front and back come standard.
- 107 lbs without bull bar, 115 lbs with low bull bar, 123 lbs with mid-height bull bar with tube gussets.
- All bull bar variants are compatible with Toyota Safety Sense and parking sensors. Be aware that some vehicles will randomly require a professional TSS system recalibration after bumper install.Ā
- Includes Washer Tank Skid and winch controller relocation kit.
- TRD Pro and TRD Off-Road models do not require additional mini-skid panel.
